Common questions

Where are my photos stored?

Only on your device. They are not uploaded. If you delete the app or change phones, they are removed with it.

Can I change today's photo?

Yes, until local midnight. After that the day is part of your record.

Can I add a day I missed?

Yes. In the Memories tab choose "Add a past day". A day that already has an entry can't be overwritten.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Danger zone → Delete account. This permanently removes your account.

I can't sign in

Check your internet connection. If it continues, use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen or email us.
